After Intimacy’s overwhelming retail success at 1051 Third Avenue, it expanded its NYC footprint to 104 Fifth Avenue, in New Yorks’s Flatiron District.  In a challenging tight real estate market, we secured an off-market deal formerly the home of BEBE. Persistence and patience prevailed with a long-term lease.  Under new ownership Intimacy's brand was renamed, Rigby Peller.
