Stacey-Robins proudly represented Intimacy { the bra fit stylists} a chain of 17 stores to secure their Flagship location. This off-market lease transaction for 2,500 SF saved the iconic Searle clothing store from shutting its 5,500 SF store down by taking half of the space. This became Intimacy’s highest-grossing store nationwide.
