Stacey proudly acted on behalf of the receivership as a leasing agent for the iconic Grand Central property at 342 Madison Avenue. Tackling leasing during the 90’s recession was no small feat for this 500,000-square-foot office building. With 200 leases under supervision with an 18% vacancy rate, 100,000 square feet were leased annually driving occupancy rates to new heights from 65% to 95% in a down economy.
