After a 30-year run in the same location in a tight real estate market, O’flanagan’s an Upper Eastside sports bar and favorite watering hole lost its lease to a development site. O’ Flanagan’s took a leap of faith, stepped out of their box relocating to another part of town in Carnegie Hill with SRRC steering the way.
